If you don't think there is such a law then you are wrong, so only answer if you know what the law is called. What law keeps the president from firing cabinet members?
None
They are fired all the time.
They serve at the Presidents pleasuer
And I KNOW this.
I've never heard of such a law or heard of it being employed. Generally what you see is cabinet members stepping down at the end of the first term or "resigning" under circumstances that suggest he or she was invited to leave.
I expect that the cabinet members are "at will" employees like most of us.What law keeps the president from firing cabinet members?
None. The Cabinet is the PRESIDENT's advisors. He is the one that appoints them and he is the one who can fire them.
I give Hillary six months before Obama cans her.
