How does the law of consent work in Missouri?

From what I have read, the law of consent seems to be 17. Though I have read other places it is 15.

Would it work like this?

A 15 year old may have sexual relations with those who are 15-20 years old. Though in order to have sexual relations with those older than 20, they need to be 17+. Is that correct?
