What types of birth control will be banned if the "personhood" amendment passes in Oklahoma this fall?

This amendment:

I heard it will ban IUDs and the Plan B because they both can prevent a fertilized egg from attaching. If you have an IUD will you be put in jail if you don't have it removed? What if you get an IUD in another state or get the morning after pill in another state? What will be the punishments for violating this law basically and what if you violate it in another state but you live in Oklahoma?

I'm asking because I know this is going to pass and there is no moderate governor anymore to overturn it.What types of birth control will be banned if the "personhood" amendment passes in Oklahoma this fall?
In the first few weeks after childbirth, the most challenging task for a mother is to recognize your baby鈥檚 feeding pattern. Your newborn baby has a small stomach so she needs to be fed 8 to 10 times in day. Each feeding period between 15 to 20 minutes. As your baby grows, each feeding period will be increased, typically between 20 and 40 minutes and fed requirement also increase. Your newborn will tell you whether he or she is full. There are some basic sign that show newborn is full.

This will never pass, it has to go through several flors and a house vote before it would pass and even then it could be appealed back out and placed on hold, Row Versus Wade has been used for abortion's for decades and the senate knows back alley abortions would be risen up, every doctor wanting to make a few bucks moonlighting and other criminal behavior would happen, no....it just isn't going to happen,
