the question i have to answer is:
"what is the role of president, bureaucracy and federal courts in law-making鈥?"
I guess I know that the president is involved with signing/vetoing the bill to transform it into the law, (and that the senate+house can override it with a 2/3 majority vote).
and for the bureaucracy, the bill goes through the committee(s?) process, and sometime a Conference committee to sort out differences with members from both houses.
no idea how the federal court is involved (?), please give me your wisdom. What is the role of president, bureaucracy and federal courts in law-making鈥?(need help phrasing)?
The federal court can deem a law unconstitutional. Therefor eliminating the law.
