Is it true that no employee can be forced to pay Union dues and can leave a union without losing their job?

I was reading that according to Federal law that no employee can be compelled to join a Union . If a employee at a Unionized job decided he did not want t pay the Union dues he can write a letter telling them he wants to resign from the union and to stop charging him dues. I also understand that the Union cannot use dues for lobbying purposes that the member does not agree with. For example. I always supports Republican candidates and I will be angry if the Union uses my dues to support Democrats. I also feel little need to support anyone except he who pays my paycheck. While at work my manager is God. What he says goes. I do not listen or care what my coworkers tell me. I understand if you are outside the union you are on your own. If the job is Unionized are there ways to get rid of the Union all together. I view Unions as Corrupt Fascist organizations that prey on weakminded conformist individuals. If an individual does his job managers will not bother them.Is it true that no employee can be forced to pay Union dues and can leave a union without losing their job?
Barry Soetoro is also known as Barrack Obama he is not even eligible to be President of the United States. This is the most important issue people should realize. He will continue to destroy our constitution. Do your research.
If it isn't, it should be.Is it true that no employee can be forced to pay Union dues and can leave a union without losing their job?
Depends on the state. States with a "right to work" law forbid unions from requiring dues to join or maintain union membership.
Some states are 'right to work' states, which mean you cannot be forced to join a union in order to work. Some still require union dues, since the employee does benefit from collective bargaining.

Other states do not have right to work legislation. Is it true that no employee can be forced to pay Union dues and can leave a union without losing their job?
