What is a good hypothesis for stricter policies and legislation for abortion laws?

I am needing help developing a hypothesis for stricter policies and legislation on abortion. I am pro choice ,but feel women should not use it as a form of birth control or for irresponsible behavior. The hypothesis has me stumped...I am not sure how to word it.What is a good hypothesis for stricter policies and legislation for abortion laws?
Punitive measures against abortion and stricter regulations on it rarely succeed in reducing it or changing up the reasons for which it is sought; what *does* prevent women from using it in lieu of contraception, in fact, is linked highly to access to and usage of contraception. In other words, the best way to ensure that women don't have to use abortion "as a form of birth control" is to make sure they *have* birth control, not by limiting abortion access. What is a good hypothesis for stricter policies and legislation for abortion laws?
I dont look at it as women using it to quickly erase a mistake and contunie to be careless, i look at it as if they are dumb enough to get knocked up multiple times and not care, i dont think they are the kind of people i want A) being a mother and B) bringing more dumb kids like them into this world. people that know how dumb they are and know they arent equipped to be mothers are actually doing us a service by getting rid of the pregnancy. by doing so, she has, in the long run, saved us tax dollars to feed her and her kid by giving her gov assistance, she has helped this would be child not be uneducated, like her and not get into drugs. basically, helped get rid of another degenerate, like she prob is. she has done me a favor and i thank her for making MY kids lives better in the long run. not all people getting abortions are like this, but lets face it, most are. if we didnt have abortion, the world would be full of those degenerates and rape babies. NO thank you....What is a good hypothesis for stricter policies and legislation for abortion laws?
Thing is, you'll find that there is only a very tiny pool of people stupid enough to use abortion as birth control. So tiny that they really don't even make up a percentage. While 50% of people might have more than one abortion, there simply aren't enough people having abortions enough times for many people to be using them as birth control. You'd literally have someone going in and out of PP or whatever abortion provider nearly every month if that were so.

Compared to any real contraceptive, abortion is expensive, invasive and hazardous. Not to mention, simply something people don't enjoy going through.

About 50% of people seeking abortion used contraceptive. Of the percentage that didn't, 33% believed that they were at low risk of getting pregnant (for whatever reason, statistics don't say.)

In other words, we don't need restrictions on abortion. What we need is greater and more comprehensive sex education. Abstinence only needs to be booted out of schools. We also need universally affordable and available contraception of all type. That way, people can get what's right for them and not have to rely heavily on BC or condoms.
